Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Computer Operator to support the construction project team by handling data entry, documentation, system monitoring, and digital project management tools. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth computer system operations, updating databases, maintaining project documentation, assisting engineers and supervisors with digital tools, and ensuring data integrity and system efficiency on construction sites.

This role is vital in bridging the gap between construction field activities and digital project management, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Entry & Documentation:
Accurately input daily project data including labor hours, material usage, equipment logs, and work progress into construction software or spreadsheets.

Maintain and update daily reports, work schedules, purchase orders, invoices, and other project-related documentation.

Assist in the creation and formatting of reports, charts, drawings, blueprints, and presentations required for meetings and project updates.

Maintain proper digital filing systems for easy retrieval of project files and correspondence.
